This is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a select residence positioned in the Montfleury area of Cannes. It is quiet, and has beautifully landscaped gardens and a large communal swimming pool. Being centrally situated it offers easy access to the centre of Cannes with its shops, restaurants, festivals and night life.
The apartment itself is very comfortably furnished and has a large lounge with a dining area. From this room patio doors open out onto a balcony that overlooks the gardens towards the pool.
There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and its its own dressing room. There is a separate WC off the hallway. A balcony runs along the rear of the bedrooms.
